Job Description

The Gaming Technician I is responsible for providing superior service to internal and external customers. The role involves diagnosing and repairing VLT machines, with extensive knowledge of mechanical and electronic aspects, and may include training less experienced technicians.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent guest service, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electronic malfunctions, fabricating parts, replacing components, and maintaining skills with new technologies. The technician will perform general and preventive maintenance, machine inspection, moving, and installation, working on the gaming floor in various conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to maintain regulatory licenses
• Successful background and drug screening
• Age 21 or older
• Willingness to work various shifts, including holidays
• Basic understanding of electronics and microprocessors
• Experience with diagnostic and repair equipment, typically acquired through relevant education or experience
• Effective communication skills and physical ability to lift and work with machines
