Responsibilities :
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries
- Enter domestic and international orders into ERP system
- Research part numbers, pricing, and service availability
- Issue credit and debits to accounts and Return Material Authorizations
- Provide an overall excellent customer service experience for new and existing customers
Requirements :
- Must have previous customer service within a manufacturing environment
- Must be proficient with MS Office and previous ERP experience is preferred
- High school diploma is required
- Bilingual Spanish speaking and writing experience is needed
