Akin is seeking a Vice President of Quality & Administrative Services!

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who will embrace and implement Akin’s mission throughout all duties performed.

Akin is seeking candidates with :

• BA or BS degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, data analytics or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of professional analytics experience leading Data Analytics, IT, Business Intelligence, or combination thereof.
• 10+ years of progressive management and leadership experience, with a minimum five years’ senior leadership experience supervising seasoned technical and business-oriented staff across multiple disciplines.
• Knowledge of national accreditation processes required (CARF, COA and Joint Commission are acceptable).
• Experience with developing and leading teams in a shared services business model across multiple locations and designing scalable operations across multiple teams and / or businesses.
• Strong analytic and strategic thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to create, implement, and monitor complex plans and translate those plans into goals and concrete strategies.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and Electronic Health Record systems (EHR) required.
• Demonstrated ability to implement continuous quality improvement plans and processes enterprise wide.

Preferred Experience :

• Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration or a related field.
• Demonstrated executive leadership experience in non-profit, human services, or mission-driven organization.
• SQL knowledge.

This is a full-time exempt position with a salary range of $130k-$169k annually DOE. It is a hybrid position, based in Seattle with frequent travel expected to other site locations within Washington state.
