Full Time or Fee for Service, Flexible scheduling available!

Monday-Friday, following school schedule

10-month consolidated schedule

Flexible scheduling within the school day for FFS

Working with school aged children

Fee for Service Compensation : $60 / hour- full case load potential of approximately $100,000 / year

Please note this is an average. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience, and license / certifications held.

Full-Time Compensation : $75,000-$85,000

Responsibilities :

Design and implement creative individual and / or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.

Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.

Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.

Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.

Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.

Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families / school personnel.

Collect data on each IFSP / IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.

Provide input and attend / teleconference initial CPSE / CSE meetings and / or annual reviews.

Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy

Current New York State Physical Therapy License

Bilingual is a plus
