- Practice Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient
- Reason for Coverage : Coverage while we recruit for full-time Oncologists
- Dates of Coverage : asap upon credentialing
- Patient Population for Required Coverage : Adult
- Number of Physicians in Practice : 3
- Will There be Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage? yes we have 4 full-time Radiation Oncologists
- How Many APPs Provide Coverage : 5 full-time APs
- Clinical Area : Hematology - Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Inpatient Setting, Hematology - Inpatient Setting
- Trauma Level / Designation (Hospital) : Community Hospital
- Documentation System / EMR : Epic
- Facility will reimburse for the following costs : Flight, Hotel, Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 1 month
- Please Note : Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees.*

- Board Certified- Required
- ACLS - Required
- NY State License - Required
- Conversion rate cap of 25k- Required
