Position Summary : The Gateless Services Account Manager is an integral position in the management services division of Amano McGann.

The ideal candidate should have a general understanding of parking operations and parking technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and be process oriented.

Reports to : Vice President of Sales

Direct Reports : None

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver premier customer service to our clients
  • Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently
  • Ensure proactive communication with clients regarding opportunities to improve operations.
  • Ensure that proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
  • Maximizing profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, and other measures
  • Ability to assess rates and review data with clients to maximize the revenue of their assets.
  • Perform general accounting duties such as monthly review process with clients.
  • Implement all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all OSHA laws.
  • Ability to build and manage processes.
  • Creating and processing sales orders in a timely manner
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
  • Perform data entry duties in regard to metrics, sales figures, and other key data
  • Work closely with sales management on scheduling client conferences and meetings.

These Key Responsibilities are general in nature and may be augmented with additional duties as determined by the needs of your manager.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in Parking Operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Passionate about customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Prior experience developing budgets and P&L (Profit and Loss) review a plus.
  • Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM / Salesforce experience preferred
