job_description.job_card.job_description\n Lead Generation & Conversion : Manage the full sales cycle-from initial outreach and technical consultation to successful onboarding and post-sale support. \n Strategic Customer Development : Build and nurture long-term relationships with new clients to ensure sustained revenue growth and customer satisfaction. \n Customer Relationship Building : Develop trust-based relationships by understanding customer needs and aligning our solutions to meet their technical and business objectives. \n Collaborative Engagement : Work closely with internal engineering, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to loyal customer. \n Technical Expertise : Provide technical guidance and product demonstrations to prospective clients, leveraging your electronics knowledge to address complex challenges. All other duties as required and domestic travel at 20-30% Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field. Proficiency in Japanese (business-level or higher) is required. Proven experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the electronics industry. Strong understanding of electronic components, systems, and applications. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
