We are seeking an energetic and driven individual to join our team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative . In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on their policies while looking for cross-selling opportunities, updating information, and collaborating with your team.

Depending on experience, the base salary for this position is $30,000 - $45,000 per year . With our competitive bonus structure, may make up to $65,000.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Counsel clients on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals.
• In everyday operations, use computer systems to schedule appointments, process premium payments, review and update policies, handle claims, and make endorsements.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross-sell and up-sell opportunity .
• Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.

Requirement

• High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
• Property and Casualty License IS NOT required . Personal Lines experience is a BONUS
• 1+ years of customer-facing experience
• Experience using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing / data entry skills.
• Showing professionalism in all aspects of communication - verbal, written, or in-person - to maintain a positive working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with other members of the team.
• Creative, innovative thinker able to solve complex problems
• Able to prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities based on importance
