Custom Comfort Mattress is a family-owned business in Orange County, CA, manufacturing handcrafted mattresses since 1986.
We focus on providing exceptional customer experiences to ensure our clients get their best sleep.
We’re hiring, offering a $500 sign-on bonus after 60 days of employment.
Ideal Candidate :
- Friendly and proactive service to clients and designers.
- Strong listening and engagement skills.
- Knowledgeable about local businesses and designers.
- Committed to high standards in sales, customer service, and showroom presentation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize while providing superior service.
- Skilled in resolving customer concerns and effectively closing sales.
- Assist management in merchandising the store.

- Meets personal sales targets and supports team goals.
- Plans and prioritizes effectively; takes initiative.
- Encourages a competitive, collaborative environment.
Qualifications :
- Must be 18+ due to safety and responsibilities.
- Minimum 5 years of retail sales and customer service experience.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays (Saturdays are busiest).
- Experience in interior design or high-end products preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven sales drive and strong written / verbal communication skills.
