Job Title : Reimbursement Case Manager
Location : WFH / Remote AZ / TX / FL / GA / SC / NC / IN / KY residents only
Pay : $18.00 - $23.00 / hourly (based on experience)
Schedule : Monday - Friday + Occasional Saturdays 8 : 00am 8 : 00pm EST Shift between those hours
Job Responsibilities :
- Act as the main point of contact for patients and providers, providing compassionate support.
- Coordinate access to therapies and follow up on support services.
- Manage patient information, validate records, and assist with applications.
- Perform reimbursement activities, such as benefit investigations and prior authorizations.
- Provide excellent customer service and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Report Adverse Events and collaborate with internal teams.
Ideal Candidate :
- 3+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy, insurance, or healthcare REQUIRED.
- 3+ years of experience in reimbursements REQUIRED.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and knowledge of HIPAA REQUIRED.
- Bachelor s Degree preferred.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
On-boarding Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Criminal Background & Drug Screening
- 2 verifiable employment references
