Marketing assistants are to offer free residential and commercial inspections to business and homeowners who have experienced recent storm damage.
We are currently looking for Marketing Assistants in Carmel and Greenwood Indiana .
Responsibilities of interns :
- Setting appointments for inspections
- Creating customer relations during sales
- Generating verified leads for project managers : door to door
- Have the ability to efficiently communicate information to appointed project manger
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be available for onsite visits
- Must follow dress code requirements (ie; provided Polo shirt)
While no experience is needed, Our team is looking for individuals with skills and personality types that include :

- energetic
- charismatic
- highly organized self-starter with great project manager skills
- excellent interpersonal communication skills, time management and organizational skills
- Must be professional in appearance and manner and posses great people skills
Benefits :
- Flexible scheduling ( Marketing Interns are able to create their own hour on their days of choice)
- weekend hour are available
- 15$ an hour and 20$ to each lead that is followed by an inspection
- If the contact is closed Marketing intern will receive 2% of the sale
