ABOUT DALBERG DATA INSIGHTS

We are seeing an increasing gap in awareness and adoption of AI in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs), which can lead to long-term and irreversible digital divide between LMICs and High-Income Countries. At Dalberg Data Insights, we democratize AI access for impactful organizations by :

• Designing AI / data strategies and solutions
• Providing AI literacy training to our clients and partners
• Piloting AI / data solutions
• Consulting on Responsible AI practices
• Developing & scaling advanced AI analysts and advisors, aia2, designed to transform data into actionable insights.

For example, we have built an AI platform called augment.impact, which enables us to efficiently build AI analysts and advisors, aia2, so they can easily analyze and interpret data for greater productivity and impact.

ABOUT THE DATA FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM

Dalberg Data Insights is looking for three Data Fellows who can join the team. As a Data Fellow, you will become an active member of a team that is working on an ongoing project and learn first-hand what it takes to build impactful data solutions. You will rotate between different project management roles, gaining a unique perspective on how different functions contribute to the success of a project, thereby receiving a unique overview of how different functions operate within a successful project. The Data Fellowship program will help you to discover your strengths and use them to grow into the job that fits you best. As entrepreneurship and creativity is highly valued at DDI, we also encourage Data Fellows to drive their own initiatives related to data for development.

While full-time employment is not guaranteed following the 6-month fellowship, we aim to offer permanent positions to fellows who excel in the program.
