In this role, you will be the face of Forward - educating prospective members on the benefits of having accessible, preventative healthcare through their Forward Membership.
What You'll Do :
- Own the entire onsite lead journey from start to finish
- Lead product demos and take prospective members through a tangible, immersive experience that shows them what being a Forward member looks like and feels like
- Be on your feet - you will engage our prospective members as they walk by our site and tell them about our mission to bring them better healthcare
- Wear many hats - we need someone who can do many things well with little hand holding and can easily pivot as priorities shift.
We’re small and scrappy, so it’s crucial that you’re able to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.
Opportunities for Autonomy and Growth :
Upon consistently meeting initial sales targets, you will have the opportunity to explore and engage with additional sales channels.
This includes exploring innovative business development strategies beyond our onsite activities such as local business outreach, event participation, partnership development, etc.

Who You Are :
- 2-5 years Sales / Consulting / Startup or other growth driving business work experience
- You possess an entrepreneurial spirit, always looking for innovative ways to meet and exceed goals.
- Your ability to think creatively and outside the box drives you to find new opportunities for growth and success.
- A high level of ownership, confidentiality and attention to detail
- Strong competitive drive with relentlessly high standards
- Bold, persistent, a good listener, and persuasive
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Easily develops a comfortable rapport and establishes relationships with a variety of individuals
- Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks
