We are seeking an Office Administrative Associate to join our team in the education sector, specifically within a university setting.

The role is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, offering a short-term contract employment opportunity. As an Office Administrative Associate, you will be involved in various administrative tasks including data entry, managing schedules, and using different Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various administrative functions
  • Manage correspondence and scheduling via Microsoft Outlook
  • Create and modify presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Draft and edit documents using Microsoft Word
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring smooth coordination of the office schedule
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure information is up to date
  • Resolve any administrative inquiries and issues promptly
  • Monitor office supply inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Support other team members with administrative tasks as required
  • Proven proficiency in data entry
  • Demonstrated ability in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
  • Solid experience in scheduling appointments
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience working in a higher education setting is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
