We are seeking an Office Administrative Associate to join our team in the education sector, specifically within a university setting.
The role is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, offering a short-term contract employment opportunity. As an Office Administrative Associate, you will be involved in various administrative tasks including data entry, managing schedules, and using different Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities :
- Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for various administrative functions
- Manage correspondence and scheduling via Microsoft Outlook
- Create and modify presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Draft and edit documents using Microsoft Word
- Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring smooth coordination of the office schedule
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is up to date
- Resolve any administrative inquiries and issues promptly
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as required
- Proven proficiency in data entry
- Demonstrated ability in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
- Solid experience in scheduling appointments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience working in a higher education setting is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
