About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist Job Specialty : Physical Therapy Job Duration : 17 weeks Shift : 8-hour days, Monday to Friday Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Minimum of 2 years License : Required to submit Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have : Experience in an acute care setting Job Description : Provide physical therapy services to patients in an acute care setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize the MEDITECH 6.1 charting system for accurate documentation.- Participate in a 16-hour orientation program.- Comply with a cancellation policy of 12 hours every two weeks.
- Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices in physical therapy.
- Demonstrate proficiency and professionalism in all duties and interactions.
