Position : Licensed Beauty Advisor – Hourly (Non-Exempt), Flex schedule, Regular status. Store : CA-Downtown Palo Alto (1362), 200 Hamilton Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94301, United States. Key Responsibilities

• Drive results – Help achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products
• Perform beauty services – Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora's Beauty Services menu. Stay informed about all beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards – Keep licenses active and always uphold health and safety protocols
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork – Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered
• Uphold Sephora standards – Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all

$24.00 - $29.40 / hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including relevant qualifications and experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and / or geographic location.
