We are seeking a Director Of Operations for a rapidly growing property management firm! You will be the second in command and report directly to the founder, and be entrusted to implement strategies to help grow the business.

Responsibilities :
- Develop policies, procedures, and formalize operations for property management, development, and construction
- Develop metrics for growth, and ensure that operations are running smoothly and meeting benchmarks
- Oversee implementation of strategy for the company
- Ensure that employees are given proper resources for personal and professional growth
Qualifications :
- Previous leadership experience in property management
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience OR 5-7 years’ work experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Proven success in client and team customer service.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to multi-task.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented self-starter, with a history of taking initiative, independently identifying problems, and designing and implementing solutions with limited oversight.
