We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Construction Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful completion of complex construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Technical Expertise : Interpret architectural drawings and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
- Coordination : Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve construction challenges effectively, utilizing your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Communication : Maintain open and clear communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Project Engineer in the United States.
- Proven ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in construction software and tools.
