Locums CRNA - Mason City, IA Assignment Dates - Starting January 2025 (specific weeks listed below) Coverage Need - Reason for coverage : Scheduling need Position Details - Schedule : - OR : Monday-Thursday, 10-hour days - Friday : 5 PM Saturday 6 : 30 AM - Saturday : Off - Sunday : 6 : 30 AM 6 : 30 AM - Monday : Off - Tuesday-Friday : 10-hour days - Alternating : Saturday 6 : 30 AM Sunday 6 : 30 AM or Friday 5 PM Saturday 6 : 30 AM - Setting : Inpatient - Trauma Level : II - Ages : All ages (very sick pediatrics are transferred to other facilities) - EMR : Cerner and Paper Charting - Credentialing Timeframe : 30-45 days Weeks Needing Coverage - January 6, 2025 : 1 CRNA FTE - January 20, 2025 : 2 CRNA FTE - February 3, 2025 : 3 CRNA FTE - February 10, 2025 : 2 CRNA FTE - February 24, 2025 : 3 CRNA FTE - March 3, 2025 : 1 CRNA FTE - March 10, 2025 : 1 CRNA FTE - March 17, 2025 : 1 CRNA FTE - March 24, 2025 : 1 CRNA FTE - March 31, 2025 : 1 CRNA FTE Submissions Requirements - Active Iowa license highly preferred, IMLC - Board certified (NBCRNA) - Clean malpractice / background history- Additional requirements : - BLS and ACLS required - DEA and CSR highly preferred - COVID vaccination required at time of submission Skill Requirements - General Anesthesia : Adult and Pediatric (excluding very sick pediatric cases) - Regional and Spinal Anesthesia - Ventilation Management - Evaluation and Management of Acute Volume / BP Issues - On-call and weekend coverage required
