Night Shifts are 7PM - 7AMEvening Shifts will rotate between 11AM -11PM or 3PM-3AMSchedule requires shifts Every Other Weekend Preferred CriteriaAt least one year of acute care RN experience in an EDRequired Criteria2+ years acute care ExperienceBachelor's Degree in NursingCurrent New York State RN license (or pending)BCLS from the American Heart AssociationACLS within 6 months of hirePALS and TNCC within 1 year of hireParticipation on one of 12 clinical councils after completion of probationCertification in Emergency Nursing (CEN) within 3 years of hire.

Successful completion of Emergency Nursing Academy (mandatory weekly 3-hour class for 20 weeks)Successful completion of Nursing Residency program : monthly meetings for 12 months (for Nurses with less than 1 year of acute care nursing experience)Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
