Responsibilities :
As a Virtual School SLP, you'll have the chance to work with diverse caseloads, covering :
1. Elementary, Middle, and High School Students : Crafting personalized speech and language therapy sessions to address the unique needs of students at various developmental stages.
2. Individual and Group Sessions : Conducting customized therapy sessions and orchestrating group activities to nurture communication skills and social interaction.
3. Evaluation and Progress Tracking : Administering comprehensive assessments to pinpoint speech and language disorders, monitoring progress, and adapting therapy plans as necessary.
4. Collaboration : Partnering closely with educators, parents, and other educational professionals to fortify students' academic and social achievements.
5. Documentation : Maintaining meticulous and up-to-date records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
Requirements :
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
Valid state licensure as an SLP
Minimum of two years of experience working as an SLP in educational settings
