As a Quality Engineer, you will be the champion of quality and be passionate about blurring the lines between development and quality engineering.

What youll do :

• Drive a quality mindset across our cross-functional, full-stack scrum teams
• Ensure proper automation coverage for all new functionality
• Lead as part of a highly collaborative Agile team
• Proactively identify areas of tech debt and work with the team to address it
• Promote the collaborative creation of functional tests by involving developers and product owners in the process
• Identify areas that can be improved in terms of functionality
• Stay on top of industry trends and ensure the team appropriately utilizes the latest technologies and best practices

Who you are :

• 4+ years of experience in engineering field
• Minimum of 1 year in manual testing and preferred experience in automation testing
• Strong collaboration and influential mentality
• Efficient with Selenium test framework
• Must have solid Java programing skills
• Efficient with debugging test code
• Expert with test-driven development
• Comfortable with relational and NoSQL databases
• Comfortable with AWS
• Exposure to Git in a CI / CD environment

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience, their education and work location.

In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
