PS Salon & Spa is looking for a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage multiple salons as a District Leader within our partnered Senior Living Communities.

Position

Job Title : Salon Manager / District Leader

Job Type : Full-time, 5 days a week

Compensation

• Administrative & District Leader Duties : $21 per hour for up to 4 hours per week when not Behind the Chair
• Behind the Chair (BTC) Days : Minimum of 3.5 days per week at a commission rate of 52%, plus any applicable minimum wage requirements
• Initial commission : 52% on start date, with annual increases per company policy
