Position : Program Director (Physician) - Department of Family Medicine Residency

Location : Evanston, IL

Hours : Full-time

Pay Range : $222,369 (10th Percentile) - $356,709 (75th Percentile). As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the residency program in alignment with the institution's goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and requirements for the residency program.
• Oversee the recruitment, selection, and appointment of residents, and provide leadership in their professional development.
• Collaborate with department chairs, faculty, and other stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets educational objectives and standards.
• Provide mentorship and support to residents, and promote an environment conducive to learning, growth, and professional development.
• Lead efforts to continuously improve the residency program, incorporating best practices and innovative educational methodologies.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with residents, faculty, and other key stakeholders to foster a positive and productive learning environment.
• Manage the administrative and financial aspects of the residency program, including budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting.
