CNA - hospital setting - full-time $25-28 / hr paydepending on shift
Aboutthe opening :
- $25-28 per hour pay rate.
- Multiple shifts available.
Responsibilities :
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing,dressing, and grooming.
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, andpulse rate.
- Provide assistance to patients during meal times, ensuring propernutrition and hydration.
- Assist with transferring and positioning patients safely andcomfortably.
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, including changingbed linens and tidying up rooms.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionalsto deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications :
- Active Massachusetts CNA license.
- Valid driver's license.
- At least 6 months of experience in ADLs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt tochanging priorities.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
