Source to Pay (S2P) Senior Business System Analyst

As a Source to Pay (S2P) Senior Business System Analyst , you will collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business needs, then help develop and deliver innovative solutions that satisfy those needs.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, including procurement and finance to collect business requirements, then crosswalk those requirements to functional and technical requirements in a requirement traceability matrix (RTM).
- Perform analysis of existing S2P processes and applications. Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas of improvement, with recommendations from best industry practices to remedy the finding.
- Develop comprehensive documentation such as process flows, training and users guides, functional specifications, and future state business process and application design documents.
- Complex configuration in S2P systems (Coupa & Netsuite) including building and maintaining user roles, workflows, process forms, and reports, maintaining master data, and other similar tasks.
- Collaborate closely with Business Stakeholders to comprehensively capture and document business needs, forming the foundation for procedural enhancements through the effective utilization of Coupa, Netsuite, and additional relevant business applications.
- Play a vital role in cross-functional initiatives and projects within the Procure to Pay domain, encompassing activities such as system implementations, operational refinements, and the seamless introduction of new products.
- Facilitate design and requirement workshops to gather input and feedback.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and methodologies that enhance our systems and processes, positioning the organization for future success.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of S2P systems, including managing user accounts, executing intricate configuration modifications, coordinating release processes, and conducting thorough system testing and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Have 8+ years of experience in delivering S2P IT solutions, with expertise in gathering requirements, developing functional specifications, and implementing solutions.
- Have 5+ years of experience with cloud-based S2P applications, preferably Coupa & Netsuite.
- Are skilled in cultivating strong relationships with business stakeholders and translating business needs into IT solutions.
- Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and deliver toward a shared vision, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Have exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Are proficient in data analysis and querying, with strong SQL experience to extract meaningful insights for decision making.
- Able to work closely with stakeholders to consult, train & improve knowledge of existing Coupa and NetSuite features.
- Able to work with a fast-paced and agile team focused on strong execution.
Nice to have
- Have led or served as a S2P functional lead of a Cloud ERP / S2P System implementation project.
- Have experience as a power user in Power BI or Alteryx.
- Are certified / trained in Agile Project Delivery and / or Business Analysis.
Where :
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia.
This role can be based anywhere in the United States. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation : The target base compensation for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 USD per year in most US locations.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise.
