Mostly remote position with monthly onsite meetings requirement.

Wage Range : $20.57 - $32.92 per hour

Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level.

Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.

Job Summary :

The Patient Navigator (Health Resource Representative) is responsible for education and promotion of health-related services to EvergreenHealth community and potential clients / patients through telephone, mail and e-mail contact, and for facilitating physician referrals, services, and class registration for EvergreenHealth aka King County Public Hospital District (KCPHD) No.

2 and all other business contracts we serve. May serve as healthcare information representative for unique service-line programs affiliated with EvergreenHealth;

including accountable care networks where high-level benefit plan information, services and primary care provider (PCP) information and scheduling are facilitated.

License, Certification, Education or Experience :

REQUIRED for the position :

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • One (1) year of recent experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare service industry or healthcare insurance industry.
  • Ability to problem solve and retain composure in stressful situations.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Multitasks and processes work efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy

DESIRED for the position :

  • Knowledge of EvergreenHealth hospital district and community resources
  • One (1) year of call center experience
