Job Description
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests, and document treatment as required by company policy and regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care rendered.
- Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.
- Direct and guide ancillary personnel and maintain professional nursing standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a professional nursing program.
- Current RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- 1-3 years of previous clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of quality concepts, principles, and problem-solving tools.
