General Manager

LETTS CONSULT is currently recruiting for a General Manager to oversee operations for a crane and rigging company located in the Hampton Roads market. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and industry knowledge to ensure safe, efficient and profitable execution of crane, rigging and halting services. The GM will serve as the key point of accountability for employees, customers, vendors, and ownership, driving both operational excellence and business development. A minimum of 7 years leadership experience in crane, rigging, heavy equipment or related construction / industrial services is required.
