Job Title : Shift Leader
Reports To : General Manager / Assistant Manager
FLSA Status : Non-Exempt
Compensation : $17.00 / 17.50 - $21.00 / hour (including t ips)
This position may include working nights and / or weekends .
Summary : Responsible for supervising shifts ensuring superior quality of service. Communicates and provides direction to the team while interacting with guests and ensuring exceptional service.
