Job Title : Senior Claims Specialist / Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

Pay Rate : $25.00 / hr

Hours : Monday- Friday 11 : 30am-8 : 00pm

What's a typical day as a Claims Specialist? You'll be :

  • Answering phones and responding to program staff and client inquiries
  • Processing working queues for unacknowledged work, premium payments, reimbursements, and client payments
  • Managing difficult client / customer situations and meeting commitments
  • Reviewing insurance files to generate premium and claim payments

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

  • Have a Bachelor's degree or three to five years of related experience
  • Are bilingual in English-Spanish, and able to speak, write, and understand in both languages
  • Have strong knowledge of medical insurance premiums, deductibles, and copays
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Are a confident decision-maker with good judgment
  • Have superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Are detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
