Salary + Commission position available for a business-to-business roofing salesperson preferably working in the CAI, HOA, and BOMA markets.
An individual with extensive roofing sales experience in these markets would allow for a quick transition and first-year success.
We are looking for talented and competitive Sales Representatives that excel in qualifying prospects and closing sales. Individuals will be expected to call on existing and potential customers in the property management industry for Apartments, Townhomes, Condominiums, and Commercial Real Estate Markets.
The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.
A current client base and contacts within the AAA, BOMA, HOA & CAI markets are a plus!
Responsibilities :
- Keep Management informed by submitting activities, results, and paperwork via weekly reports
- Network with existing and new clients at company events and shows
- Provide sales presentations.
- Create, provide, and present roofing estimates
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Manage their own time effectively to ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Visit potential and in-progress projects
- Customer service, closing skills, territory management, prospecting skills, negotiation, client relationships, and maintenance of the sales pipeline
