Primary Objective
To help the Packaging / Distribution Department meet daily goals.
Nature and Scope
Primary emphasis in this position is to ensure consistent product quality and quantity to meet daily needs. Primary challenges are on product knowledge, sequence of workflow and packaging / distribution speed.
This position requires knowledge of Packaging / Distribution Associate, product preparation, food safety regulations, ongoing social skills / verbal interaction, reading, walking, standing, moderate lifting, and operation of finishing and wrapping equipment.
Position functions and work hours may vary according to business needs. Assignments and work direction provided by Packaging / Distribution Lead or person in charge.
