Job Opportunity : Store Lead
Location : Eagle and Amity, South Meridian, Idaho
Position Type : Full-time
Flexibility to work weekdays, Mondays to Fridays, from 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM, and Saturdays from 9 : 00 AM to 1 : 00 PM.
Store is closed on Sundays.
Salary : $14-15 per hour plus bonus

Job Description : We are currently seeking a responsible and hardworking individual to join our team as a Store Lead. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers.
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the facility and assist them with their drop-off and pick-up needs.
- Receive garments from customers, carefully inspecting them for any stains, damages, or special instructions.
- Process customer orders accurately using our system, ensuring all items are properly tagged and documented.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding our services, pricing, and turnaround times.
- Operate cash register to process payments, issue receipts, and manage transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drop-off and pick-up area, including sorting and organizing garments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and smooth operation of the facility.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and confidentiality at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the facility.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
