job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCreate technical documentation of system processes and flows to aid user understanding Develop user guides, reference guides, and troubleshooting manuals Conduct interviews with users and technical staff to gather necessary data for documentation Organize ideas and concepts effectively to produce concise and clear documentation Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while adapting to changing priorities High School Diploma Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical writing Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (work permit sponsorship not available) Strong command of the English language, both oral and written High working-level computer literacy with authoring tools Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in English, communications, journalism, or technical writing Proficiency in PHP and .NET Experience with enterprise applications and technical architecture Ability to create workflows using Lucidchart Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
