Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage inventory, submit work orders for eyeglasses and contact lenses
• Ensure the smooth running of the office and day-to-day operation
• Generate lab orders for glasses and contacts
• Work directly with patients to help meet all of their eye wear needs
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eye wear, and execute these details with flawless accuracy
• Check that our finished eye wear meets our optical standards, as well as customer requirements and requests
• Use your expertise to explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers Leadership responsibilities
• Support general office systems, inventory databases, and business operations

Qualifications

• Certification as a Licensed Optician and / or completion of an accredited Opticianry program
• Office management position for 2+ years
• Extensive knowledge of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and other optical products
• A strong leader and mentor who exhibits model behavior, drives optical metrics, and adheres to strict optical standards
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks and responsibilities for yourself and your team in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment

Salary Range : $75,000-$80,000
