Job Responsibilities
Prepare rooms / areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.Clean Structures and personal property after Fire damage, water damage and post- construction debris.Perform pack out responsibilities for content cleaning and storage.Perform deodorization methods with the direction of management.Perform Jobsite documentationPerform end-of-day / end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.Requirements :
Drivers LicenseAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objectsAbility to work with / around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawAvailability for on call requirements : 1 evening shift a week and 1 weekend rotation a monthCompensation and Benefits
