- Hiring and training new recruits

- Maintain ServSafe Certifications of all managers
- Holding your team accountable for company policies
- Delegate and follow up on tasks within the restaurant
- Attend Business Reviews with a focus on building sales to increase profitability
- Perform Annual Reviews on staff members
- New products roll out execution
- Administrative duties to include ordering, scheduling, managing customer relations and other restaurant duties as needed.
