Job Overview
We're seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team. Experience with pediatrics, early childhood intervention, behavior analysis, or human development is beneficial.
You will work closely with patients and must accurately document their current condition and progress. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need.
Responsibilities :
Assess patients' physical, emotional, and developmental capabilities to determine appropriate occupational therapy interventions - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals - Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, balance, and functional abilities - Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment to enhance independence in daily activities - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy - Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist - Specialization or experience in pediatrics is a plus - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members - Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to occupational therapy practice - Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive compensation packages and benefits for our employees.

Salary
- Based on experience and qualifications
- $45-$55 commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Compensation is based on 60 and 30 minute therapy sessions with an hourly split.
