Core Responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Assistant :
- Engage customers and provide them with relevant product and service information to best fit their needs.
- Maintain a complete understanding of the promotions, products, and services available.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing both our clients, retail partners, and firm.
- Collaborate with company leadership to stay current on our technology in order to answer questions and concerns.
Qualities we look for in a Sales & Marketing Assistant :
- Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or management.
- Mature, professional, and values work experience.
- Outgoing personality and enjoys getting to know the personnel.

Please note, this is a full-time position that requires working on-site at specific retail locations throughout the East Bay.
Upon completion of training, we offer a base pay with the opportunity to earn additional commissions based on personal performance.
The average pay for our entry-level associates is $800-$1600 per week.
