Responsibilities
Cultivating meaningful relationships with both patients and staffUnderstanding all aspects of how the clinic is most efficiently and effectively runEnsuring that patients feel safe and comfortable throughout the experienceAssisting in the performance of quality and caring clinical dentistryReadying the patient and preparing the operatory and equipmentBecoming dependably adept at assigned clinical proceduresAssisting the doctor during examinations and treatmentAccurately recording information in patient chartsReviewing medical history, progress, and scheduling treatment plansMaintaining instruments, equipment, inventory, labs, and treatment roomsEnsuring safety and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulationsSetting up coworkers for success by knowing what they need and when they need itQualifications
