Join Our Team as an RN – Behavioral Health!

Exciting Opportunity : A bonus of up to $9,000 is available for those who qualify! Ask us about the details today.

  • Salary Range : $35 to $42 per hour, based on relevant years of experience
  • Location : Fort Collins, Colorado at our Longview Campus
  • Status : Full-time and PRN positions available, all eligible for program / shift differentials
  • Hours : 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts available for both overnight and day shifts

Additional Perks : Employees working at locations operating 24 / 7 earn a differential. Shift differentials are also available for evenings, nights ($7 per hour), weekends, and holidays.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in managing urgent, high-stress situations. Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, you will facilitate and implement immediate treatment plans while providing compassionate, client-centered care during critical moments. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating transitions of care in high-pressure environments and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and safety protocols.

Essential Duties

  • Conduct clinical assessments and identify problems, providing crisis interventions and maintaining clinical charts.
  • Administer prescribed medical treatments and personal care services for clients.
  • Evaluate and monitor clients for medication side effects after administering medications.
  • Collaborate with team members and providers to coordinate medical care and interventions.
  • Develop and maintain a medication administration system.
  • Screen and evaluate lab reports, referring abnormalities to the provider.
  • Audit medications and manage their destruction according to state regulations.
  • Educate clients and consumers on medications.
  • Document progress notes on therapy and medications, reporting any medication errors.

    • What We’re Looking ForRequired :

  • Unencumbered Colorado license as a registered nurse
  • New grads with a strong interest in Behavioral Health and withdrawal management are welcome!

    • Highly Desired :

  • 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting
  • Bilingual / bi-cultural candidates preferred
