A social security number trace is necessary.

A two-step PPD or Quantiferon test, or proof of a positive PPD and chest X-ray, is required.

A SAM search must be completed.

A Pennsylvania state police background check is required.

A communicable disease form needs to be submitted.

An Oregon state background check using CRIMS is necessary.

Position urgency is normal.

Bilingual skills are not required.

Holiday coverage is not needed.
