We currently are offering full time or part time schedules depending on what works best for you!

$5.00 Shift Differential for 2pm-10pm and $3.00 Shift Differential for overnight added to your base wage.

Duties and Responsibilities :

As a Registered Nurse at GlenOaks, your duties will include but are not limited to :

• Resident Care Management : Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans to ensure the health and well-being of residents.
• Health Monitoring : Monitor residents’ physical, emotional, and mental health by conducting assessments and reviewing vital signs, labs, and care progress.
• Administer Medications : Safely administer medications as prescribed, document medication administration, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Supervise Care Teams : Provide direction and oversight to nursing assistants and other healthcare team members to ensure residents receive the highest level of care.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including care plans, progress notes, assessments, and any changes in residents' health.
• Coordinate Care : Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and update treatment plans as needed.
• Resident and Family Communication : Communicate effectively with residents and their families regarding care plans, progress, and any concerns.
• Patient Advocacy : Advocate for the needs and preferences of residents, ensuring that their rights are upheld in all aspects of their care.
• Emergency Response : Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, following established procedures and providing necessary care.
• Compliance : Ensure that all nursing practices comply with state regulations, facility policies, and safety protocols.
• Quality Improvement : Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure that best practices are consistently followed.
