- Represent employers in employment law matters, including litigation and advisory work
- Handle a variety of cases, such as workplace disputes, compliance, and employment-related lawsuits
- Provide strategic advice to corporate clients on employment law issues
- Work closely with a team of experienced attorneys to develop defense strategies
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of employment law experience with a focus on employer-side representation
- Active California Bar license
- California-specific experience in employment law required
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
