What you'll do Docusign is looking for a Senior engineer to help architect, build and enhance capabilities on the Agreement Orchestration Team.

The team’s charter is to revolutionize our current UX, while keeping up with the ever-growing Docusign user-base. You will be working in a focused scrum team obsessed with creating elegant, yet simple user-interaction for complex workflows that will delight our customers.

This person is able to seamlessly integrate into agile teams and work closely with all facets of the organization (products, back-end development, UX, and Design) to achieve high quality results.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Engineering Manager. Responsibility Architect and design components for the Send Experiences team Drive strategic code sharing and architecture for one or more functional areas Be responsible for sharing and adoption of best practices for performance and availability for one or more functional areas Ensure design and architecture is extensible across multiple projects and conduct technical-design reviews Contribute to and drive a culture of building scalable and highly available systems Work with Project Management and other developers to understand design requirements and provide estimates for development Work as part of a passionate, agile development team to deliver engaging web user experiences Collaborate with our platform engineering teams to implement new features and to bring existing platform features into web platform Demonstrate strong focus on instrumenting features being developed to gain insights into usage pattern and feature success Write test plans, test cases for the features, own the quality of feature and devise efficient, scalable testing processes Write unit test, integration and end to end automated tests which are stable and reliable Work cooperatively with product management and design to create features that satisfy user needs with simplicity, consistency, and robustness Participate in live site reviews and help implement new features or processes to improve site reliability Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to continuously increase the team's productivity and efficiency Stay current with the latest development best practices and share your findings with the team Work as part of a cross-site development team to drive design, implementation, testing and release of products Job Designation Hybrid : Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.

Access to an office location is required. (Frequency : Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role / job.

What you bring Basic BS degree in Computer Science or relevant field of study 8+ years of product development experience building large-scale enterprise applications 5+ years of experience developing JavaScript web applications Professional experience with client-side frameworks, such as React (React, Typescript,Redux, Angular, or similar modern JS frameworks accepted) Hands-on, professional experience with consuming and building RESTful web-services Experience working in an agile development environment Experience with git, continuous integration and deployment tools Preferred Experience designing and developing highly scalable web applications Experience with full stack development, in one or more of OO programming languages like C# or Java Experience working with cross-browser behaviors and quirks Experience with Node.

js Passion for UI; Good sense of usability and design Experience with experimentation and A / B testing platforms Agile and Test-driven development methodologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

strong attention to detail Natural aptitude for both teaching and learning from others in a collaborative team environment Experience working with remote teams Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations : California : $151,800.00 - $245,150.

00 base salary Illinois and Colorado : $145,800.00 - $205,950.00 base salary Washington and New York (including NYC metro area) : $145,800.

00 - $214,350.00 base salary Washington DC : $151,800.00 - $214,350.00 base salary This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
