As a Security Guard - Retail Patrol Driver in Grandville, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, tenants, and staff at a bustling retail or mall location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, remaining visible to help prevent incidents, and responding to situations with professionalism and care. You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service, engage with the public in a friendly and helpful manner, and communicate clearly with both team members and visitors. This position also requires a valid driver's license, as you may be required to operate a vehicle to support your patrol duties. Sun 12 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
