Overview

We are seeking a Solutions Process / Mechanical Engineer to lead complex recycling projects from concept to full-scale implementation. This role combines technical engineering expertise with advanced project management , overseeing process design, plant integration, and operational optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technical projects, including process design, equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk, ensuring delivery of operational targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operators, contractors, and engineers, to optimize process performance.
  • Conduct process analysis, mass balance calculations, and technical troubleshooting to maximize recovery and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop SOPs, training programs, and operational documentation for plant staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 7–10 years of plant / production experience with a focus on process optimization and project execution.
  • Proven experience managing multiple technical projects simultaneously, preferably in industrial or recycling environments.
  • Strong knowledge of process engineering, plant design, and commissioning methodologies.
  • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, PgMP, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
