We are hiring for a long-term, full-time customer service position with benefits . This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get back to work with a steady paycheck or to start a career in this field.
There will be on-the-job training.
Requirements :
- Bilingually fluent in Spanish and English
- Exceptional communication skills; polite telephone manners
- Technical skills : QuickBooks, MS Word, Excel, Email
Ideal Candidates Must Be :
- Able to work at our office in City of Commerce
- Be punctual (8am-5pm)
- Be hardworking, motivated, reliable in taking enquiries from customers, addressing their concerns, quoting prices, sending production progress report to customers.
- Be a problem-solver and cooperative; as this position requires working and coordinating with the office team and with workers / operators.
- Experienced in any sales / customer service - those who have held these previous positions will be given first priority, especially those who have worked in the printing and packaging industry. Salary Benefits :
- $20-22 / hr
- $20-22 / hr
- 1 week of vacation time after first year of employment; 2 weeks after 3rd year.
