Job Time Hourly Rate : $30 - $36

Driver’s license and a clean driving history required.

Compensation Details :

We have a hybrid pay structure, where you earn based on the work being performed. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two rates - Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of fifteen dollars per hour.

Hours : Flexible- No Set Hours

This role does not follow a traditional 9 : 00-5 : 00 schedule . Instead, work hours are based on real-time service needs, which means :

Please note : This role involves exposure to biohazardous materials including blood, bodily fluids, and traumatic scene materials. Candidates should be comfortable working in environments that may be emotionally and physically challenging.

Field Supervisor

We are currently searching for an Field Supervisor who is hardworking, compassionate, and has a strong desire to help families in need. This role is key for those looking to expand their leadership capabilities in a dynamic and impactful environment. While prior experience in mitigation, remediation, restoration, and comparable industries are a plus, it is not required. ServiceMaster BioClean provides comprehensive training and certification on OSHA safety and IICRC compliance, bioremediation, and customer service.
